Look What We Did!
We Crammed a lot into a small yard!
12 x 12 foot paver pad for the kids' toys, playhouse, and when they get older a great space for some lounge chairs and a fire pit.
New plantings along the back fence, over 4,000 square feet of sod replaced, drainage and irrigation for this back yard!

Kenmore Backyard Watch Show as Patio Evolves

Huge Bird's Nest Spruces and Rhodies dominated this front yard at this
 Mukilteo Home.
AFTER
We removed them, added a short wall to reduce the slope & expanded the lawn. Now it's a much more inviting entryway.

    A boring yard with soggy grass & not much else.

    A tiny patio, not quite big enough for the table & barbecue.

    Lots of useful space now, with a channel drain at the base of the wall to redirect rain, & a space for growing cut flowers and veggies on the lower tier of the walls.

    A nice landing area outside the door, with steps that go all the way up to the base of the door. No more "Watch that first step!"
