Bellevue Renovation

This 35 year old landscape was filled with overgrown shrubs and hedges. We removed the old shrubs and replaced them with plants that will be a more appropriate size with less maintenance and more diversity. Bothell Duplex

This duplex had 2 small patios that needed replacing, along with the addition of privacy fences. The completed project on the south unit. The northside unit. A lot of excavation needed to be done on this side, which required the addition of a small retaining wall. Posts are set and base is prepared. The finished product!

Juanita Entrance

These homeowners wanted to replace their front deck and reduce the length of the steps. We built a new porch with pavers, and steps out of retaining blocks and capstones for the stair treads. Here are the new steps to the front porch. The tree in front of the red car was too messy and not very attractive when in bloom. The plantings around it were also not doing very well. The new walkway and renovated gardens. The plants between the garage and walkway were way too big for the area. These plants won't outgrow the space, and will provide early spring and summer fragrance right by the front door to the house.

Juanita House

The homeowners wanted no grass and to maintain there view, along with a fire pit patio which you can see to the right. A backyard mostly in grass with rotting railroad tie steps. The firepit is located on the side of the yard facing southwest for the most sun in the evening and the best view of the lake and sunset. A view of the new yard from the deck. Front before We replaced the tree with a Coral Bark Japanese Maple to provide more seasons of interest.

Kenmore Relandscape

We added a patio and retaining wall to add some more sitting area to the back yard. We used Pacific Slate Finish pavers and Roman Stack for the wall. Overgrown shrubs were removed and replaced, and a new lawn installed. Much more inviting! The walk to the side yard was overgrown and wet. A flagstone path, new plantings and drainage.
